STOCK GIFT TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
CVC has partnered with the United Way of Greater Charlottesville for the transfer of Stock Donations.
100% of your stock donation will be disbursed to your designated CVC charities by the United Way of Greater Charlottesville.
After selecting your charities, please complete a paper pledge form and submit to CVC using the Contact Us form or submit to your Agency Coordinator. The stock donation will be liquidated by the United Way upon receipt. Please use the value after liquidation on your pledge form and note which designated charity should receive any additional funds collected from the sale of stock. If you have indicated you would like to be acknowledged, the United Way will provide the designated charities with your name, address, and donation amount.
