Step Up for Down Syndrome - Support DSAGR
Please help me support the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign by making a contribution to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Richmond.
Many of you who know me, know that my daughter Norah was born with Down syndrome. We did not know about her diagnosis before she was born and it was a lot of information to take in when we were told. One of my labor and delivery nurses was a mother to a young adult with Down syndrome. She helped connect me to the DSAGR. The support and education that they gave us in the early days was amazing! They helped us go from shock and grief to hope for our daughter's future. And as she has grown, they continue to provide resources and activities that help my daughter and many others grow and become a fully included part of their communities.
DSAGR doesn't just serve the Richmond area any longer. They provide services and support to the Shenandoah Valley area as well.
Every dollar I raise will advance the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign's and DSAGR's great cause!

The 5K Walk and Family Festival is such a fun event! We have food trucks, a DJ, a pumpkin patch, and entertainment. There are fun activities for the kids like bounce houses and games. You can find out more about the event at https://www.ds-stride.org/dsagrstepup
